DOLLARFR(DD, F)
Where 'DD' is a decimal number and 'F' is the integer to use in the denominator of a fraction.
Tis function converts a dollar price which is in decimal into fraction dollar price.
- Fraction should be grater than 0

DOLLARFR(DD, F)
=DOLLARFR(1.6111,18) is 1.11
