SMALL (arr,j)

Where arr   is an array and j is the position in the array or range of data to return.

 It calculates values with a particular relative standing in a data set

i.e.the j-th smallest value in a data set.

SMALL

i.e=SMALL(C1R1:C1R9,3) is 9.
