Explore Partitions and Effects

Introduction

In the previous tutorial, we explored how to use partitions[[1]]. In this tutorial, we will examine how to add effects to partitions.

Select the partition icon.
By default its partitioned to 3x3. Its possible to increase or decrease the number of partitions by adjusting the width and height.
Select images from the camera roll and drag it to each partition.
Click on the record icon on the bottom.
Tap on individual images and customize them with different effects using the effects icon.
Once finished,stop the recording.
The video will be saved to the camera roll. Drag it to the wallpaper for viewing.
A very good photo collage can be created using this property.

Follow these steps to familiarize yourself with Deep Effect.

Start with a blank background.
Select the partitions icon. Select square, 2x2 with a gap of one.
Navigate to your camera roll, select 4 images, and drag and drop them into their respected squares.
Select the drawing or images that you want to apply effects to.
Experiment with the controls.
Now experiment with all the images. Either one by one or all together.
Select the drawing or images that you want to apply effects to.
Click on the Effects icon to load different effects to each image.
Click on the Deep Effect.
Coordinates X Y Z are in the form of slider.
Change the slider to view the effects applied.
