Creates a new layer for you to work with.

1. Right click on the ZSpace and click 'List'. A list of the default layers is displayed ('Layer0','ZCycle Bin').

3. Right click on the ZSpace and click 'List' to view the new created layer.
2. Right Click on the ZSpace, select the 'ZLayers' tab and click 'New'.
