Description
Step graphs or Step charts display the change in data, which happens at irregular intervals and is constant between the points where change happens. Step graphs connect the data points using horizontal and vertical lines, which form a step-like progression. Horizontal line represents the constant values of data, whereas a change in value is represented by a vertical line.
