Description
This function generates a cell address as text, given specified row and column numbers. ADDRESS(RN,CN,AN,A1,CText) where RN is the row number ,CN is the column number to use in the cell reference. AN specifies the type of reference to return.

A1 is a logical value
CText is text specifying the name of the calcisheet to be used as the external reference.
