MONTH(Value)
- is the serial number of the month.
- MONTH(), converts a serial number to a month.
Description
- This function gives the month of a given date represented by a serial number.
- In , is the serial number of the month or we can give the date value in DATE function format.
- MONTH("2/1/1997") for 2nd month.
- The result of the function is an integer 1 to 12(January to December).

- The syntax is to find the month of the given serial number in ZOS is .

- For e.g.,MONTH(54178),MONTH(4000),MONTH("10/4/2014")
