=COUNT(V1, V2...)

  • Where V1, V2 ...   are the arguments
  • COUNT returns the number of cells that contain numbers.
  • Arguments can be numbers, dates or text representations numbers that are counted.
  • Logical values and text representations of numbers are ignored
