NEG(x)

This function gives the negative of a given number.
Suppose the $x$ is a positive number ,then this function returns a negative number.
If $x$ is a negative number ,then this function returns a positive number.
Also $x$ is zero, this function returns 0.
For a non-numeric value of $x$ , an error message is displayed.
