VALUE(txt)

where txt   is the text enclosed in quotation marks that want to convert.

It converts a text string that represents a number to a number.

VALUE

Let’s see an example in (Column1 Row 1)

I.e.=VALUE(C1R1)

=VALUE(“$4760”) is 4760
