DOTPRODUCT(a,b)

• $a$ and $b$ are any two set values.

Description

• This function shows the Dot product of the given numbers.
• Dot product is also called Scalar Product.
• This product is an example of an Inner product.
• Dot product of two vectors is defined as: $a=[a_{1},a_{2},a_{3}..a_{n}]$ and $b=[b_{1},b_{2},b_{3}..b_{n}]$ then $a.b=\sum _{i=1}^{n}a_{i}b_{i}=a_{1}b_{1}+a_{2}b_{2}+...a_{n}b_{n}$ where $\Sigma$ denotes summation notation and $n$ is the dimension of the vector space.
