DAYSONMONTHLYBASIS (IssueDate,MaturityDate,Basis)

Description
- This function will return the number of days with in the given range of dates.
- In , is the starting date.
- is the end date.
- This function is used to calculate the number of days in a given month from a issue date to the given month of a maturity date.
- Also days are calculated under a monthly basis.
Examples
- DAYSONMONTHLYBASIS("9/3/2010","8/2/2014") = 1409
- DAYSONMONTHLYBASIS("2/2/1980","2/2/2000") = 7200
- DAYSONMONTHLYBASIS("1/12/1990","9/12/1992") = 960
