Description


 

This function calculates the sum of two or more complex numbers in a + bi or a+ bj text format.


 IMSUM

 

The sum of two complex numbers is:

(a+b1)+(c+d1)=(a+c)+(b+d)i


 

Let's see an example

I.e. =IMSUM(“7+6i”,”2-4i”) is 9+2i


 IMSUM(IN1,IN2,...)

where IN1,IN2,...   are the complex numbers to add.
