QUOTIENT
QUOTIENT(N,D)
N is the dividend and D is the divisor.

For non numeric arguments this function throws error.
It calculates the integer portion of a division.
Let’s see an example in (Column1 Row 1, Column2Row1)
QUOTIENT (N, D)
QUOTIENT (C1R1, C2R1)
i.e. =QUOTIENT (-13, 4) is -3
