NETWORKDAYS(start_date,end_date,holidays)

where,

start_date - a date that represents the start date

end_date - a date that represents the end date.

holidays - an optional range of one or more dates to except from the working period


Calci returns the number of working days between start_date and end_date except weekends and holidays.


If any parameter is not valid date, NETWORKDAYS returns NaN.

Lets see an example in (Column2,Row1)

=NETWORKDAYS(R1C1,R2C1)

NETWORKDAYS returns 24.

Consider another example (Column2,Row2)

=NETWORKDAYS(R1C1,R2C1,[R4C1])

NETWORKDAYS returns 23.

Example in (Column2,Row3)

=NETWORKDAYS(RIC1,R2C1,R3C1:R4C1)

It returns 22.
