Creates a new layer for you to work with.

1. Right click on the ZSpace and click 'List'. A list of the default layers is displayed ('Layer0','ZCycle Bin'). |
3. Right click on the ZSpace and click 'List' to view the new created layer.
2. Right Click on the ZSpace, select the 'ZLayers' tab and click 'New'.
