COUNTA (V1, V2...)
Where V1, V2…. are arguments.
It is to count the number of cells which contains data in a range.
· It does not include empty cells but including error values and empty text.
· Empty cells and text values in the array or reference are ignored.

AVEDEV (N1, N2...) Where N1, N 2 ... are positive integers.
=COUNTA (B2:B8) is 6
=COUNTA (B1:B7, 2) is 7
