DOLLARDE(FD, F)
Where 'FD' is a number expressed as a fraction and 'F' is the integer to use in the denominator of the fraction.
Tis function converts a dollar price which is in fraction into decimal dollar price.
- Fraction should be grater than 0

=DOLLARDE(1.11,18) is 1.611
