=COUNT(V1, V2...)
- Where V1, V2 ... are the arguments
- COUNT returns the number of cells that contain numbers.
- Arguments can be numbers, dates or text representations numbers that are counted.
- Logical values and text representations of numbers are ignored

AVEDEV (N1, N2...) Where N1, N 2 ... are positive integers.
