OFFSET (ReferenceRange,RowsOffset,ColumnsOffset,Height,Width)

Description
OFFSET (ReferenceRange,RowsOffset,ColumnsOffset,Height,Width)

- Offset reference should be within the spreadsheet, else Calci displays #NULL error message.
