Where 'v'' is the value to evaluate the function and 'o' is the order of the function.
This function returns the Bessel function.
- BESSELI returns the error value when 'v' and 'o' are nonnumeric.
- '0' should be grater than 1
- The o-th order Bessel function of the variable 'v' is:
