DELTA (a,b)

Where 'a' is the first number and 'b' is the second number.
- DELTA(), tests whether two values are equal. Displays '1' if a and b are equal, else displays '0'.

DELTA(a,b)

For Example,

DELTA(5,5) returns 1

DELTA(3.3,4.4) returns 0

DELTA(0) returns 1
