SERIES (By,Limit,Start)

This function shows the series of values.
In $SERIES(By,Limit,Start)$ , $By$ is the skip value.
$Limit$ is the numbers to show for the series.
$Start$ is the minimum value of the series.
Series returns the value of whole numbers with the starting number.
Then this will shows the continuous numbers with the skip value and ends with the limit value.
