Description
- This function checks if given two numbers are not equal.
- In Failed to parse (MathML with SVG or PNG fallback (recommended for modern browsers and accessibility tools): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle NE(A,B)} ,Failed to parse (MathML with SVG or PNG fallback (recommended for modern browsers and accessibility tools): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle A} and Failed to parse (MathML with SVG or PNG fallback (recommended for modern browsers and accessibility tools): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle B} are any real and Imaginary number.
- NE will return the result as "TRUE" when A is not equal to B.
- NE will return the result as "FALSE" when A is equal to B.
- NE compares both real and imaginary parts A and B.
- This function will check for alphabets and special characters also.
All comparison functions ( LT, LTE, GT, GTE, EQ, NE, EQS, NES, FEQ) will assume B as 0, if not provided. So EQ(10) will be treated as EQ(10,0)
Examples
- NE(55,55) = false
- NE(-123,123) = true
- NE(5.43, 5.43) = false
- NE(2/3,6/9) = false
- NE("june","june") = false
