MROWDUPLICATE (arow,N)

Description
MROWDUPLICATE (arow,N)
- is the set of values.
- is the number of times to show the values.
- Duplicate is the one of two or more identical things.
- So this function will show each and every number with the duplicate values in the given number of times.
