PERMUT(Number,NumberChosen)

• $Number$ and $NumberChosen$ are integers.
  • PERMUT(), returns the number of permutations for a given number of objects.

Description

• This function gives the number of Permutations for a given number of objects.
• A permutation, also called an "arrangement number" or "order", is a rearrangement of the elements of an ordered list.
• A selection of objects in which the order of the objects matters.
• A Permutation is an Ordered Combination.
• In $PERMUT(Number,NumberChosen)$, $Number$ is an integer which is indicating the number of objects and $NumberChosen$ is an integer which is indicating the number of objects in each permutation.
• For $Number$ and $NumberChosen$, when we give in decimals, it will change into integers.
• The formula for the number of permutation is: $_{n}P_{k}={\frac {n!}{(n-k)!}}$
• The Permutation is denoted by $_{n}P_{k}$, $P_{n,k}$, or Failed to parse (MathML with SVG or PNG fallback (recommended for modern browsers and accessibility tools): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle P(n,k) } .This function will give the result as error when

 are non-numeric.
2.Suppose Failed to parse (MathML with SVG or PNG fallback (recommended for modern browsers and accessibility tools): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle  Number \le 0}
  or  Failed to parse (MathML with SVG or PNG fallback (recommended for modern browsers and accessibility tools): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle NumberChosen < 0}
 or Failed to parse (MathML with SVG or PNG fallback (recommended for modern browsers and accessibility tools): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle Number < NumberChosen }
