EQS (A,B)

This function determines the equality of two numbers.
In Failed to parse (MathML with SVG or PNG fallback (recommended for modern browsers and accessibility tools): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle EQS(A,B)} ,Failed to parse (MathML with SVG or PNG fallback (recommended for modern browsers and accessibility tools): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle A} and Failed to parse (MathML with SVG or PNG fallback (recommended for modern browsers and accessibility tools): Invalid response ("Math extension cannot connect to Restbase.") from server "https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/":): {\displaystyle B} are any real and Imaginary number.
EQS will return the result as "TRUE" when A equals B.
EQS will return the result as "FALSE" when A not equals B.
EQS compares both real and imaginary parts A and B.
This function will check for alphabets and special characters also.

All comparison function will assume B as 0, if not provided. So EQ(10) will be treated as EQ(10,0)
